Order Status
Taking a more sustainable approach we are a made-to-order brand. Hence, all products will be shipped 1-3 days after placing your order unless otherwise stated or emailed to you.
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
In case you do not receive your shipping information/order confirmation, email us at hello@lolos.club and we'll send it as soon as possible!
Shipping Duration
We take 1-3 days to make your order as we follow the made-to-order model.
After which, standard delivery will take 2-7 business days, depending on the delivery address.
We are currently not accepting any international deliveries.
For next-day deliveries in Delhi/NCR, please email us at hello@lolos.club. Please note there will be an additional charge for this service.
Please note: Due to government restrictions around COVID-19, you may experience a delay in your order delivery.
Custom and Duties Taxes
If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Lolos club Inc. orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
