At Lolo's, we follow a made-to-order policy to ensure that each item is crafted with care and love just for you. Please allow us up to 4 business days to process and create your order before it is shipped. This processing time includes quality checks and packaging, ensuring that every product meets our high standards.

2. Delivery Times for Delhi NCR Orders

For our valued customers in the Delhi NCR region, we offer fast delivery! All orders placed within Delhi NCR will be delivered within 42 hours of order dispatch, ensuring that you receive your clothing as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

After your order is made, we offer the following shipping options:

  • Delhi NCR Orders: Delivered within 42 hours after dispatch.
  • Other Domestic Orders: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. International orders generally take between 7-14 business days, but this may vary due to customs or shipping carrier delays.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the shipping method you select, and the size/weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order directly with the carrier. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all locations within India, including Delhi NCR and other states.
  • International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

7. Customs and Duties (For International Orders)

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply once your order reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing times may also cause delays, which are outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues with your order, such as delayed or lost packages, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
