Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an order is placed and processed, since its a made to order brand, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase to ensure accuracy.

2. Exchange/Replacement Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (with all tags and packaging intact).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, etc.).
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received (no alterations, no damage, etc.).

3. How to Request a Replacement:

If you'd like to request a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@lolos.club within 3 days of receiving your parcel, providing your order number and details about the issue (e.g., size mismatch, damaged goods, wrong item).
  2. Return the Item: We may ask you to send the item back to us. The return shipping cost may be covered by us if the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  3. Processing the Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the replacement and send you the correct item at no additional cost.

4. Exclusions from the Replacement Policy

Please note that our exchange/replacement policy does not apply to:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Items purchased more than 3 days after delivery.
  • Items where the original tags or packaging are missing or damaged.

5. Shipping Charges for Returns/Exchanges

  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement of the item.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items.
